Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar is one of the oldest schools in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. It is run by the Sri Sathya Sai Trust, M.P. and is a follower of the Sri Sathya Sai Baba tradition for human values and social work. The school began in a hired building with 70 students in classes Jr. Montessori, Sr. Montessori and class I from July 1980. It moved to its own building in 1986. Recently in the school dining hall, the portrait of Shri Sathya Sai Baba was reported to be emitting drops of honey and entire school was stunned by this phenomenal miracle. ==Infrastructure==
The plan of the school building was prepared by Sri Surya Kant Patel from Baroda, an architect of India and the construction has been carried out under his supervision. The plan of the school provides for a school building, playgrounds and gardens. The main building has three separate blocks which house the Junior, Middle and Senior classes. There is an open courtyard in the middle of each block, and open-to-sky spaces between rooms. The School has Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer, I.T., Biotechnology, Social Science, Maths and Language labs. In addition there are Junior Science lab for classes V to VIII.
